LONGEST DURATION TO PERFORM SIRASASANA(HEAD-STAND) CONTINUOUSLY FOR 30 MINUTES

  S.ASWATH PRATHICK, Son of Mr.S.Suriya Prabahar, and Mrs.S.kiruthika, 
born on 21-06-2017,
and residing in Palani, Tamil Nadu, India.

He has successfully performed Sirasasana( head-stand) continuously for 30 minutes, demonstrating exceptional flexibility, strength, endurance, and discipline.

The Cholan Book of World Records (CBWR) formally recognises this remarkable achievement as the first of its kind, showcasing his dedication to excellence in the field of yoga.

This historic event took place on 28-11-2025 at Angala Eshwari Thirumana Mandapam, Adivaram, Palani, Tamil Nadu, India, and was meticulously organised by Grand Master Mr. Sivakumar, Founder of Sivalaya Yoga Centre, Palani.
