283 participants who successfully performed 55 rounds of Surya Namaskaram (Sun Salutation) within one hour, demonstrating remarkable discipline, endurance, and commitment to yogic excellence.
The Cholan Book of World Records (CBWR) proudly recognizes this outstanding achievement as a record-breaking accomplishment and the first of its kind.
This historic event was conducted on 26th January 2026 at Kathir College of Engineering, Neelambur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and was meticulously organised by yoga teacher Mr. N. Jayaraman, DNYS, Founder of Nana Yoga Studio.
