FASTEST WRITING OF 200 ENGLISH WORDS IN THE SHORTEST TIME BY A 4-YEAR-OLD CHILD
In recognition of his remarkable achievement in writing 200 English words, consisting of three- and four-letter words, within an impressive time of 8 minutes, demonstrating exceptional intelligence, concentration, fine motor skills, and outstanding early academic ability at the age of four.
Cholan Book of World Records (CBWR) officially recognizes this extraordinary accomplishment as the first of its kind, setting a new benchmark for young achievers.
This record event was successfully conducted on 28-02-2026 at the Sacred Heart Hall, Iruthayapuram, Batticaloa District, Sri Lanka, and was organized by the Kathiravan Social Development Organisation.
CBWR extends its heartfelt congratulations to the achiever for this outstanding feat and wishes him continued success, greater milestones, and a bright future filled with excellence and achievement.
The event was held in the presence of Mr. T. Inparasa, Joint Secretary of the Sri Lankan Branch of CBWR; Mr. Siva Varathakaran, Batticaloa District President; Mr. A. Thanuskaran, District Secretary; and Poet A. Thanuraj, Committee Member of CBWR.
During the attempt, Abdiel Ryan Victor successfully wrote 200 English words, each consisting of three and four letters, within just eight minutes, thereby setting a new Cholan World Record. Following a thorough evaluation by the panel of judges, the achievement was officially confirmed and registered as a world record.
The event was graced by Rev. Fr. R.A. Julian, Head of St. Mother of Offerings Church, Thandavanveli, who attended as the Chief Guest. Special guests included Rev. Fr. Merushan Henric, Vice Principal of St. Michael’s College, and Mr. P. Selvaraj, Vice President of the Batticaloa Tamil Sangam, who extended their congratulations to the young achiever.
