Most Participants Holding Chatushkonasana For The Longest Duration
In a remarkable display of endurance and discipline, 60 participants successfully set a new world record for the Longest Duration to Hold Chatushkonasana Continuously for 25 Minutes.
The participants performed Chatushkonasana (Four-Cornered Pose) without interruption for 25 minutes, demonstrating exceptional balance, strength, focus, and dedication to the practice of yoga.
This historic achievement has been officially recognized by the Cholan Book of World Records (CBWR) as the first record of its kind, establishing a new benchmark in the field of yoga accomplishments.
The prestigious event was held on 01 March 2026 at SMS Mahal, Saravanampatti, in Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu, India. The program was meticulously organized by Yoga Instructor Mrs. R. Thilakavathi, M.Sc. (Yoga), whose leadership and dedication ensured the grand success of the event.
