ஆசிரியர் பணியே அறப்பணி அதற்கு உன்னையே அர்ப்பணி என்ற வாசகத்தை மெய்யாக்கிய ஆசிரியை.
தாய்மை உள்ளத்தோடு தனது பணியை செவ்வனே செய்து வரும் மனிதநேய மாண்பாளர். எல்லா பெற்றோர்களினதும் கனவுகளை மெய்ப்பிக்கவென பிறந்திருக்கும் நம்பிக்கை.
மலைவாழ் மக்கள் வாழ்ந்து வரும் பள்ளியில் தனக்கான பணி நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்ட போதிலும் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் அங்கு சென்றபோது அப்பள்ளியில் ஒரு மாணவர் கூட இல்லாமல் இருந்தது இந்த ஆசிரியைக்கு பேரதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. அவரின் அதி தீவிர முயற்சியினால் இன்று அப்பள்ளி மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளியாக தரம் உயர்ந்துள்ள அதேவேளை 400ற்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவ மாணவிகள் தற்போது அங்கு கல்வி கற்று வருகிறார்கள். தனது உணர்வுபூர்வமான தன்னம்பிக்கையான உரை மூலம் மாணவ மாணவிகளை பள்ளியில் இணைய வைத்து அவர்களுக்குத் தேவையான அனைத்து அத்தியாவசிய தேவைகளையும் நிறைவேற்றி (முடி வெட்டி விடுதல், குளிப்பாட்டி விடுவது, உணவு ஊட்டி விடல்) கல்வியை கனிவோடும் கவனத்துடனும் முழு ஈடுபாட்டுடனும் வருங்கால இந்தியாவின் தூண்களான மாணவ மாணவிகளுக்கு கற்பித்து,கருணையும் காட்டி வரும் மனிதநேய ஆசிரியைக்கு சோழன் உலக சாதனை புத்தக நிறுவனத்தினால் இப் பாராட்டு சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
