Mr. Ma. Subramaniyam - Health Minister of Tamil Nadu, Son of Mr. R. Manikam,(born on 01-06-1959), Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Post an accident in 07-10-2004 and his knee broken and he even couldn't walk. But, due to continuous effort and training he started to running marathon at the age of 55. He participated in Marathon competitions held in 11 different countries and 20 states in India and had ran 21kms in Australia under sever weather conditions, he has completed 130 Mass Marathons races so far. His achievements despite his health  conditions are highly commendable. All these achievements were recognized as a world record on Cholan book of world records. சான்றிதழ் மா.சுப்ரமணியம்- தமிழக சுகாதாரத்துறை அமைச்சர், தந்தை- திரு.R.மாணிக்கம் (பிறப்பு 01-06-1959),கிண்டி, சென்னை, தமிழ்நாடு, இந்தியா. 7-10-2004-திருச்சியில் நடந்த வாகன விபத்தில் இவரது முழங்கால் பகுதி 6 துண்டுகளாக உடைந்தது. அறுவைச் சிகிச்சைக்குப் பின்னர், இனிமேல் வேகமாக நடக்கவே முடியாது என்ற மருத்துவர்களின் கூற்றை தனது தன்னம்பிக்கை மூலம் தகர்த்து, தொடர் முயற்சியினாலும், பயிற்சிகளினாலும் சக்கரை நோயுடன் தனது 55 வது வயதில் மரத்தான் ஓட்டப் பந்தயங்களில் பங்கு கொள்ள ஆரம்பித்தார். 11 நாடுகளிலும் இந்தியாவின் 20 மாநிலங்களிலும்  நடைபெற்ற மரத்தான் போட்டிகளில் பங்கு கொண்டுள்ளார். ஆஸ்திரேலியாவில் 4 டிகிரி செல்சியஸ் வெப்ப நிலையில் 21Km தூரம் ஓடியது, ஆஸ்திரியாவின் 'லே' என்ற பள்ளத்தாக்கு பகுதியில் 21Km ஓடியது என இதுவரை 130 மாபெரும் மரத்தான் போட்டிகளில் ஓடி முடித்துள்ளார். முழங்கால் முட்டியில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட அறுவைச் சிகிச்சையின் பின்னர் தனது 55 வயதில் சக்கரை நோயுடன் ஓட ஆரம்பித்து அதிக மரத்தான் போட்டிகளில் பங்கு கொண்டமைக்காக சோழன்  உலக சாதனை புத்தக நிறுவனத்தினால் உலக சாதனைக்கான சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. வழங்கப்பட்ட தேதி-: 23-08-2021
