Four students from UK INFOS Thanjavur has set  Cholan world records for fast calculation and high memory capacity through abacus method

Four students from UK INFOS Thanjavur set world records in fastest calculation using abacus method, matching words with high memory capacity, reciting , spelling the words and fastest letter addition.

The event was held on 29-02-2024 at Al-Amin Higher Secondary School located in K. Budur, Madurai in the presence of Shaikh Nabi, Headmaster of the school and Organised by:
Mrs.M.Uma,M.Sc.B.Ed.,ADSE., founder of UK INFOS coaching centre, Thanjavur

The adjudicators of the Cholan Book of  World Records (CBWR) monitored and confirmed their world record attempt and awarded them certificates, medals, commemorative plaques and identity cards.

Details of the world records: 

Pirajan, Son of Mrs.Abirami Chandramohan,(Born on 18-07-2016), residing at Thanjavur district, Tamilnadu, India for solved 160 addition and subtraction sums in the least time of 2 minutes and 50 seconds.

G.R.Sujin, Son of Mr.G.Raja and Mrs.G.Gangaiyammal,(Born on 02-12-2018), residing at Thanjavur district, Tamilnadu, India for reciting the names of 28 states of India with their capitals in the least time of 22 seconds 

Avanikha Shree.M, D/o Mr.P.Muthuvelu and Mrs.R.Amala,(Born on 13-07-2017),residing at Thanjavur district, Tamilnadu, India for spelled 110 English words in the least time of 2 minutes.

 R.Sathurthika, D/o Mr.A.Raja and Mrs.R.Kamala,(Born on 05-11-2011),residing at Thanjavur district, Tamilnadu, India for solved 80 (Eighty) one digit addition and subtraction sums in 52 seconds

8-year-old female kid  set a Cholan world record by walking 10 kilometers in an hour and 30 minutes.

Hiruki Binodya,[born on 21-022015], is 8 years and 11 months old daughter of Upul Anura Kumara and Fatima Perosha living in Kalaniya.

She is studying in 3rd standard at Kalaniya Philapitiya President College.

On 18-02-2024 in the morning she set a Cholan world record by walking a distance of 10 kilometers in 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The event was started at President College and ended at same place.

Sri Nagavani Raja, Vice President of Sri Lanka Branch of Cholan Book of  World Records Indranath Perera-General Secretary of Sri Lanka Branch have been monitoring and ensuring the world record attempt from the beginning.

Framed certificate, Gold medal and beatch were awarded to the Child for created a new Cholan world record.
With this, she became the title winner of the record of being the youngest girl to walk 10 kilometers in the shortest time in the world.

Her father said that the reason for this child's world record is that she has been practicing walking with her father since childhood.

She is undertaken the Cholan World record attempt to create awareness among everyone about the various health benefits of daily walking

has blowed  a balloon by his ear, lifed 5kg weight by his both side eyelids,bent a 10mm size iron bar with the corner of his left side eye, drunk 100ml fruit juice through his nose, peeled two coconuts by teeth, lighted a bulb through the wire taken from the mouth to the nose,
Bent two 10mm iron rods with teeth,hammered nails into the wooden  board by hand,Broke wooden boards with the head, Broke wooden boards with the hand and lifted 15kg weight by teeth.

Mr.S. Thiruchchelvam, Son of Mr.K.Sellaiyah, (born on 09-12-1964), Chavakachcheri ,Jaffna district, Sri Lanka

has pulled a 1550kg tata ace vehicle by his hair continuously  for 1500 meters by his hair in 19 minutes and 47 seconds in the age of sixty.
